Who Should Attend
The NX100 PM OVERVIEW course is an overview course designed for maintenance personnel who have never done preventive maintenance on an NX100 robot before. This course provides preventive maintenance instruction for first-time maintenance people.
This training course consists of classroom and laboratory lectures in which Yaskawa Motoman instructors present course material consisting of preventive maintenance procedures on an NX100 robot.
Students receive a copy of the NX100 MAINTENANCE manual, which details maintenance functions and instruction techniques for the NX100 controller. Additional handouts are provided relating to specific topics covered in the class. Students are urged to take notes, participate in discussions and to bring up specific maintenance issues.
Yaskawa instructors cover topics, which enable the students to mechanically and electrically maintain NX100 robots. An overview of the primary topics covered in the course is provided below: - Preventive Maintenance procedures - lubrication procedures - overview of drive units
