Picking

Motoman picking robots

For high-performance picking, Motoman offers a family of high-speed 4-axis SCARA robots and the five-axis MPK2 robot features with sleek arm design and an IP-67 rating that permits washdown.  High-performance six-axis HP-series robots can also be used for picking and packing applications. Six-axes of motion provide additional flexibility to perform secondary applications, such as tilted case or tray loading.

  

Packaging

Motoman’s fast and powerful 4-axis MPK50 robot offers superior performance and reliability in a wide variety of packing applications. The streamlined MPK50 robot features a 50 kg payload and a wide 360-degree work envelope. Six-axis HP-series robots are also ideal for packing. Dual-arm SDA-series robots with 15 axes of motion and humanlike flexibility are also ideal for picking and packing.

 

Palletizing

Motoman has an extensive line of palletizing robots with the highest wrist ratings, including the MPL-series available with 80-, 160-, 300-, 500-, and 800-kg payloads. Six-axis HP-series robots can also be used for palletizing, and provide additional flexibility for secondary applications or case orientation changes between picking and placing operations. Menu-driven EasyPallet™ software makes creating full-featured robotic palletizing jobs quick and easy.

Motoman offers pre-engineered “World” solutions that include robots, process equipment and safeguarding. Modular PackWorld® and PalletWorld® solutions provide tremendous flexibility, while reducing cost, delivery and risk.
