High performance workcell with compact footprint for automotive Tier 1 and light construction parts. “Slim-line” trunnion positioner has cell width 1 m wider than fixture span of 3 m. Dual robots with single point of control provide HyperProductivity® with two arcs at the same time.

Heavy duty workcell is larger in scale than the “slim-line” to handle parts for agriculture and construction machinery. The 3-motor trunnion positioner allows all axes to turn while indexing to keep fixtures flat and reduce cycle time. The operator station has a jog switch to allow the operator to vary the position or tack parts on the load side.

Economical general purpose workcell for job shops, general fabrication or automotive Tier 2. MHT-185 headstock/tailstock positioners provide coordinated part positioning to allow circumferential welding around tubular parts.

Large scale workcell is designed for agriculture/construction machinery parts. The positioners have a large 4.0 m span, and the unique MA3100 extended reach arc welding robot covers this large envelop. Heavy duty welding equipment with touch sensing and seamtracking is included for parts with variable fit-up.
