Customer Satisfaction & Training
Customer Care Agreements - Motoman is pleased to offer Customer Care Agreements featuring increased levels of support and “self-help” tools. All existing services and support will remain the same – nothing is being taken away. Motoman is simply introducing new support offerings (within Customer Care Agreements), that include expanded information, new services and new tools via our enhanced web-based Customer Care Center.
Reduced Service Prices - Motoman’s Service Operations team understands that due to the economic down turn, many of our customers have put off some preventative maintenance, let down systems sit idle, or contracted non-Motoman 3rd party service providers. To our support our customers during this period, Motoman’s Service Operations Team is offering reduced service prices.
Motoman’s Customer Care Center is a web-based information and service center providing customers useful information, chat room functionality with technical support and web-based tutorials that provide step-by-step instructions.
