New! MC2000 Robot

The "Master Cut" MC2000 robot will be introduced at IMTS. The 50-kg MC2000 is designed with high rigidity and precision drives to provide superior path accuracy for laser cutting small holes and sharp corners. Cutting of shapes or profiles is easy using Formcut software which automatically generates the ideal path based on user-specified geometry.

HP350D-200 Robot

The flexible HP350D-200 robot is designed for heavy-duty performance for a variety of handling applications. This 200 kg payload robot has a large work envelope, making it ideal for handling big, heavy parts and "jigless" processing. Its streamlined design allows the robot to reach into confined spaces, improving system productivity.

New! MotoSight 3D VisionPro

MotoSight 3D VisionPro is powered by Cognex's powerful vision software. The user interface on the teach pendant provides a way to view images for immediate feedback from the camera. This machine vision tool delivers accurate, real-time 3D position information for a wide of applications where 2D tools are not sufficient.

Interface for NI LabVIEW

Yaskawa Motoman has introduced a new interface supporting NI LabVIEW programming of Motoman® industrial robots. Developed in collaboration with National Instruments and ImagingLab, the library allows users to configure, program and deploy robots all from within the LabVIEW system design software environment.

Regional Open House

Yaskawa Motoman, in cooperation with several industry partners, recently held an open house for local businesses at the Alabama Robotics Technology Park (Tanner, AL). Guests interacted with hands-on demos and attended sessions to learn the latest in robotics technology.

The new High Speed Ethernet Server Driver and the associated Template HMI Project can help increase robot capacity utilization and reduce fault recovery times. This Pro-face exclusive driver provides teach-pendant functionality on AGP3000 and GP4000 series HMI terminals, allowing you to quickly confirm robot status directly from the HMI screen.
