HyperFeedHyperFeed - Motoman's HyperFeed Wirefeeder is a direct replacement for PWF wirefeeders used on welding systems with MotoArc or ArcMaster welding power sources. Changing to HyperFeed typically takes 40-60 minutes and usually does not require changes to the robot weld (program) files.

Craig Jennings at Robot's & Vision ShowRobotics World Magazine presents Motoman with two Platinum Awards at the Robot & Vision Show in Chicago.
Motoman won a Platinum Award for the Most Innovative New Product (4 Robot Control) and another Platinum Award for Best in Show (New Application-Specific Robot Models, including the EA1400 "Expert Arc" welding robot, the ES165 and ES200 "Expert Spot" welding robots, and the high-rigidity DX1350 robot for material removal).

Roger Christian and Ohio Gov. Bob TaftMotoman received one of 28 Ohio Export Awards on July 30, from Ohio Governor Bob Taft. These "E" Awards honor companies whose export efforts have increased sales, heightened the awareness of the value of exporting, and created jobs.

Toymaker 3000ToyMaker" Exhibit at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, Illinois, is now open. See the eight Motoman robots that are part of this permanent exhibit at MSI.

Motoman's New Auto-Attendant System Improves Customer Support Hotline Response.
Implemented in June, Motoman's new Auto-Attendant has already produced impressive results and has generated positive feedback from customers.

Motoman's new automated attendant system on the customer support hotline has improved the answering speed from 15 seconds to 8 seconds. Calls are not only handled twice as fast, but customers also spend less time on hold waiting to talk with a customer service representative. Now 94% of incoming customer service calls are answered before going into a hold queue.
