ProcessWorld II-100 - Motoman's new ProcessWorld(tm)
II-100 solutions are highly flexible robotic modules that provide
proven, high productivity automation
building blocks. They can easily be configured for virtually any process, including
deburring, dispensing, gluing, grinding, inspection, sanding, and sealing.
ProcessWorld II-100 includes a six-axis Motoman robot, positioner, and integrated
safety package that meets the requirements of the ANSI/RIA R15.06-1999 safety
standard.
HyperFeed -
Motoman's HyperFeed Wirefeeder is a direct replacement for PWF wirefeeders
used
on welding systems with MotoArc or ArcMaster welding power
sources. Changing to HyperFeed typically takes 40-60 minutes and usually does
not require changes to the robot weld (program) files. |
