Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey
We are pleased to announce that
customers surveyed gave Motoman a record-high overall 4.48 score
out of a possible 5.0 rating for customer satisfaction. This is the
fifth consecutive year that Motoman has exceeded our targeted ratings
goal for Customer Satisfaction.
Motoman Solution Provider Forum
Motoman hosted strategic partner representatives
at a three-day technical forum April 12, 13 and 14. For the 14th
consecutive year, Flow Robotics received Motoman's Integrator of
the Year award based on high unit and dollar volume sales for 2004.
Way to go, Flow! Several other MSPs were also recognized for outstanding
performance in 2004.
