Motoman's pre-engineered, fully integrated LaserWorld Solutions include all automation required for robotic laser cutting or welding.

Motoman's dedicated laser cutting robots feature a 2-axis patented trepanning head for cutting small round, square, hexagonal, or slot holes ranging from 2 mm to 30 mm in diameter. This trepanning head allows for small, intricate cuts with no movement from the robot's main axes.

The Class I light-tight enclosure conforms to all applicable ANSI and CDRH standards. Laser power levels ranging from 500 to 4,000 watts are available. Integrated with a Motoman robot, this laser technology provides high-precision, dross-free cuts with excellent concentricity tolerances which meet or exceed piercing die specifications. Laser welds are accurate and have minimal distortion.
