FILE COMPARISON

MotoFTP™ is a PC-based software package that allows users to upload and download robot files to and from the robot controller. The software also allows a user to compare files on the robot via FTP (File Transfer Protocol).
- Upload files from robot controller to PC (depending on security level).
- Download files from PC to robot controller (depending upon security level and operating mode of controller).
- Compare uploaded or downloaded files with saved files on PC for content changes.
- Three levels of security:
- Anonymous – allows the following to be performed: saving job (.jbi), condition (.cnd) and data (.dat) files.
- FTP – allows the following to be performed: loading and saving job (.jbi), condition (.cnd) and data (.dat) files; also saving system information (.sys) files.
- NXmaster or Xmaster (controller-dependent) Allows the following to be performed: loading and saving job (.jbi), condition (.cnd) and data (.dat) files; also saving system information (.sys) and parameter (.prm) files.
- Ability to upload/download files to/from robot controller via
FTP connection
- Ability to compare files to identify changes to previously backed
up programs
- Provides three levels of security
