Motoman’s MotoHMI™ operator station provides an advanced PC-based Human Machine Interface (HMI) package for robotic systems. The assembly includes an industrial PC with a 15-inch TFT LCD color touch screen display, an uninterruptible power supply (UPS), a Cycle Start button, an E-Stop button, and an industrial mouse. It is packaged into either a pedestal- or fence-mount configuration. An RSView run time software package is included with 15, 30 or 75 display screens. Extra conductors are provided with the robot controller pigtail for easy customization. |

Example Screens
- HMI example screens are provided for material handling, welding, press tending or laser cutting. These screens can be customized for the user's application. Screen functionality can be modified at Motoman or by integrators (optional RSView Studio package required).

- Typical configuration is to connect the PC HMI to a PLC via Ethernet and to connect the PLC to the robot controller via a fieldbus interface (Remote I/O, Ethernet, Profibus, DeviceNet, etc.).
