The Kobelco power source series feature patented SENSARC™ technology that provides:

Reduced Operating Costs
SENSARC technology provides spatter levels with CO2 shielding gas that are less than most conventional machines using Argon/CO2 mixtures. CO2 is about one half the cost of Argon mixtures. Lower spatter levels also result in less part clean-up and weld cell maintenance.

Ease of Operation
The operator inputs current settings instead of wire feed speeds. The synergic voltage setting always yields an “ideal” voltage setting for any given current value. SENSARC technology works with solid and flux-cored wires and does not require special pulse programs.

Improved Performance
Real time feedback provides optimized arc transfer with a stable arc through low- to high-current settings. Real time feedback allows the arc to end with a minimal ball on the end of the wire which results in trouble-free arc starting.
