The ArcWorld 1000 is a fully integrated, pre-engineered robotic arc welding solution with an indexing turntable. These single robot (AW1000) or dual robot (AW1200) workcells are designed to meet high-volume production for small- to medium-size parts that can be welded from a single side.

The AW1000 series feature the high-speed SSA2000 arc welding robot; NX100 controller with menu-driven arc welding application software; integrated welding package; MR-300 indexing rotary part positioner; operator station; and total safety environment – all the automation required for robotic arc welding.

  • Safety features – enhanced dual-channel E-Stop functionality, integrated speed monitoring, manual brake release for the robot, and compliance with both U.S. and Canadian safety standards.

Part Positioner: MR-300

  • 300-kg payload, two-position rotary turntable.
  • 4-second index time provides high-volume production.
  • Table top has a center through-hole for utilities.
  • 1,524 mm (60") turning diameter; divided by a protective arc screen that allows the operator to safely load and unload parts from one location outside the robot work envelope while the robot welds inside the cell.
  • Designed to accommodate single or multiple fixture part runs. Fixtures are easily located on the table using dowel pins. Fixture plates are available as an option.
