Description Classroom lectures on programming commands are reinforced with demonstrations. Commands and topics are related to real-world examples and applications. Material covered in lectures is enhanced with actual hands-on programming by students in Motoman's 8,500-sq.ft. training facility. Students perform workshop exercises which emphasize commands covered in class lectures. Class size is kept small, typically six or fewer, to promote an interactive, hands-on learning atmosphere. This allows students to work closely with Motoman instructors to grasp the concepts of ArcWorld-specific robot programming.
Topics Motoman instructors cover topics which enable students to use the advanced functions of the XRC-controlled ArcWorld 6200 dual robot cell.

Overview The MRC ArcWorld 6200 Dual Programming Module is an advanced course pertaining to programming specifics of the ArcWorld 6200 cell. Students are required to possess basic programming knowledge of the MRC controller, with K or SK-series robots prior to attending this module. The MRC Basic Programming with Arc Welding Module is a prerequisite to this module. The MRC Advanced Arc Welding Module is strongly recommended.
Materials Students receive handouts that relate to specific topics covered in class. Students are urged to take notes, participate in discussions, and to bring up specific programming issues.
Length his module is a 2.5-day training class. On-Site classes are demand based and should be scheduled 60-90 days in advance to ensure availability.
