Description	The MRC K- and SK-Series Maintenance Module is a preventive maintenance/troubleshooting course for the MRC controller and K- and SK-series industrial robots. Individuals responsible for maintenance/repair, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosis should attend this class. MRC Basic Programming must have been completed to attend this course. Confirmation of completion will be required.
Topics	Students learn to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on the MRC controller and K- and SK-series robots. Primary topics include: MRC controller hardware architecture Circuit board replacement I/O connections Power distribution Axes hard stops Basic servo theory Servopack replacement procedures Speed reducer replacement Motor replacement Preventive maintenance schedule Robot calibration Overview of basic programming*
Overview	The MRC K- and SK-Series Maintenance Module is a preventive maintenance/troubleshooting course for the MRC controller and K- and SK-series industrial robots. Individuals responsible for maintenance/repair, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosis should attend this class. MRC Basic Programming must have been completed to attend this course. Confirmation of completion will be required.
Materials	Students receive a copy of the MRC K- or SK-Series Maintenance Manual which details installation, maintenance, electrical diagrams, spare parts, etc. Additional handouts relate to specific topics covered in the class. Students are urged to take notes, participate in discussions, and to bring up specific maintenance issues
Length	This module is a 4.5-day training class. On-Site classes are demand based and should be scheduled 60-90 days in advance to ensure availability.
