Description	The NX100-to-XRC Basic Programming Module is an introductory course to the XRC controller and to programming Motoman EA/ES/UP/SV-series industrial robots. No prior knowledge of robot programming or of the NX100 controller is required.
Topics	Students learn to manipulate the robot, create new robot programs, modify existing programs, and apply application-specific commands. Primary topics include: Primary topics include: Robot safety System power up/down Coordinate systems Job functions Programming pendant Path editing Cut and paste functions Position levels Speed correction Arithmetic variables Fault recovery I/O and control instructions User frames Tool Center Point (TCP) Basic weaving* Starting and ending arc*
Overview	The NX100-to-XRC Basic Programming Module is an introductory course to the XRC controller and to programming Motoman EA/ES/UP/SV-series industrial robots. No prior knowledge of robot programming or of the NX100 controller is required.
Materials	Students receive a copy of the XRC Basic Training Manual, which details commands and programming techniques for the MotomanXRCcontroller. Additional handouts relate to specific topics covered in the class. Students are urged to take notes, participate in discussions, and to bring up specific programming issues.
Length	This module is a 3.0-day training class. On-Site classes are demand based and should be scheduled 60-90 days in advance to ensure availability.
