Motoman HC10XP for Welding industrial robot

Designed to add collaborative robot welding capacity to current production, the six-axis HC10 collaborative robot enables operation with, or in close proximity to human workers. Well-suited for supplementing manual welding or for rolling up to large, heavy workpieces, the HC10 can be easily repurposed to accommodate pressing market demands. Precision hand-guiding facilitates easy programming for fast implementation of the robot system, while a pinch-less design featuring Power and Force Limiting (PFL) technology constantly monitors force to quickly react to contact. Through-arm utilities hide cabling, including a Category 6 ethernet cable, and a rugged IP67 rating allows use in harsh welding environments. The HC10 is available with Yaskawa’s Universal Weldcom Interface (UWI) that enables full control of any compatible power source brand using a common interface.
