Bill is a seasoned expert in Engineering Management, Project Management, and Industrial Control Systems Design and Application, with over 34 years of experience in the field of industrial automation and safety. He holds the prestigious CMSE® (Certified Machinery Safety Expert) certification from TÜV NORD and plays an active role in shaping industry standards as a member of several key safety committees, including ISO and ANSI groups focused on industrial and mobile robotics. He also contributes to the OSHA-NIOSH-A3 Robotics Alliance Team and currently serves as Vice Chair of the ANSI/RIA R15.06 committee, which governs safety standards for industrial robots. His deep technical knowledge and collaborative approach make him a trusted resource for both colleagues and customers.

Outside of work, Bill embraces the quiet joys of nature. A self-described highly functioning introvert, he finds peace fishing on tranquil lakes, streams, or even the smallest puddle that can float his kayak. He also enjoys hiking and camping adventures with his wife and cherishes time spent traveling to visit their children and grandchildren.
