When a compact workcell and robust robot are all you need for small parts, subassemblies or development, our ArcWorld® Hinged Station (HS) meets your space requirements in an extremely cost-effective manner. Its straightforward operation and flexible tooling area make it a welcome addition to any shop.

Workcell Design

  • Highly flexible and ultra-compact workcell helps to replace or supplement manual welding.

  • Requires only 1.4 square meters of valuable floorspace.

  • Complete workcell with integrated cable management for easy shipping, installation and setup.

  • Enhanced safeguarding is fully compliant with latest robot safety standards (ANSI/RIA R15.06-2012, ISO and CSA).

Equipment Included

  • A single high-speed Motoman® AR900 arc welding robot welds parts with efficiency and consistent high quality.

  • AR-series robots are backed by the industry’s only two-year torch cable warranty.

  • Choice of Miller® Auto-Continuum™ 350 (sets outside of the cell) or Lincoln Electric Power Wave® R450 (fits inside of the cell) power supply.

  • Welding processes are accessed by Yaskawa's Universal Weldcom Interface directly from the robot programming pendant.

Workpiece Capacity

  • Hinged station (HS) design features a fixture table with a 100 kg payload capacity.

  • Processes parts up to 798 mm x 700 mm x 1000 mm in size.
