For Safety of Your Children:

Program participants please note that children under the age of 12 must be escorted to and from their program/activity by an adult 18 years or older.

What to Bring/Wear:

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and potential messes, along with closed-toe shoes such as sneakers (no Crocs, sandals, slippers or boots). Long hair should be tied back to keep out of the way during activities.

Waitlist Policy:

If a program reaches its maximum enrollment capacity before the standard registration closure window, registration will close early once the program is deemed full. When a program is full, families are encouraged to join the waitlist, as spaces may become available if participants withdraw or if additional sessions are added.

Waitlisted participants are contacted via email in the order of their waitlist position as spaces open. No communication from Yaskawa indicates that no openings are currently available. Placement on a waitlist does not guarantee enrollment in the program. Email communications are delivered to the email address(es) associated with the Primary Registrant provided at the time of registration (if applicable).
