Dean Mannlein

Dean Mannlein is President and founder of Automated Motion, Inc. In this role, he oversees the engineering and creative product development, as well as ensuring the sales team has the application engineering support needed to solve customer opportunities. AMI’s solutions include, but are not limited to, palletizing, depalletizing, case packing, material handling and conveyor systems.

Dean has over 30 years of experience leading AMI as a technology and robotic system engineering company. He has instilled a culture of creativity and reliability as the backbone to all AMI solutions. Prior to starting AMI, Dean graduated from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Packaging Engineering and worked at Unilever as a project engineer.
