This course is designed for those associates who will be working with and editing the Functional Safety Unit on the DX100 controller

Course Overview

This course is a 1 day overview of the Functional Safety Unit that is available on the DX100 controller.

Course Materials

Students will receive a copy of the FSU training manual for DX100.


 - getting into FSU mode - setting up TCP - tool interference file - robot range - axis range - use of 3 bits to choose active range - alarm and error recovery


This course is capped at 4 students
