The NX100 ArcWorld 6200/6300 Dual/Triple Programming Module is an advanced course pertaining to programming specifics of the ArcWorld 6200/6300 cells. Students are required to possess basic programming knowledge of the NX100 controller, HP-series or EA-series robots prior to attending this module. The NX100 Advanced Arc Welding Module is strongly recommended.

Course Overview

The NX100 ArcWorld 6200/6300 Dual/Triple Programming Module is an advanced course pertaining to programming specifics of the ArcWorld 6200/6300 cells. Students are required to possess basic programming knowledge of the NX100 controller, HP-series or EA-series robots prior to attending this module. The NX100 Advanced Arc Welding Module is strongly recommended.

Course Materials

Students receive manuals and handouts that relate to specific topics covered in class. Students are urged to take notes, participate in discussions, and to bring up specific programming issues.

Prerequisite

The NX100 Basic Programming with Arc Welding Module is a prerequisite to this module.

Motoman instructors cover topics which enable students to use the advanced functions of the NX100-controlled ArcWorld 6200/6300 dual/triple robot cell.

  • Concurrent job programming
  • Workpiece duplication
  • Coordinated control function
  • Independent control function
  • Mirror image function
  • Group axes selection

Notes

Price is for up to 6 students using customer provided robot systems. Plus travel expenses. No more than 3 students per programming pendant. For pricing for more than 6 students, contact the MOTOMAN Manager at 937.847.3229 Customer must provide all welding coupons and other welding materials.
