We’re excited to introduce the Motoman Customer Portal; a website dedicated to providing customers access to their Motoman-related information.
Located at portal.motoman.com, US-based customers are encouraged to visit and register for an account to get full access to the below features. Upon registering, we’ll map the registrant’s user account to relevant internal accounts. This will ensure all relevant order and case information can be seen while logged in.
View past cases with field service, technical support and more, with access to resolution text and trip reports. All information is searchable, making it easy to revisit a specific alarm code or troubleshooting details.
View past and current orders, complete with up-to-date order and line status. Search current and past orders by PO, order number, or part.
View a library of all purchased software, along with PO number, purchased date, order number and more.
Additionally, users can invite colleagues to register. By doing so, all associated accounts will automatically be mapped to the invited user. No wait and no hassle.
Online Part Search
In addition to the above, all users can access thousands of products online, ranging from a curated list of accessories to a full host of manipulator parts.
Browse and search parts for over 250 manipulator models, with more being added continuously. Browse by robot generation or search by model name, model number, Motoman part number, manufacturer part number or keyword. Cross reference parts from one robot model to another.
