Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies
Motoman robot training classes generally fill 60-90 days in advance, and some are scheduled only on an as-needed basis. Once these classes are scheduled, Motoman resources are then allocated to best meet the training needs of customers. As a result, we must charge fees for rescheduling and/or cancellations as outlined below.
21 or more business days from class start date
Rescheduling Policy
A fee will be charged equal to 5% of tuition paid. Fee is per seat for classes held at Yaskawa Academy and per class for On-Site. The rescheduling of On-Site classes will also include charges for any costs already incurred or that will be incurred due to the rescheduling.
Cancellation Policy
A $250 fee will be charged per seat for classes held at Yaskawa Academy and per class for On-Site. The cancellation of On-Site classes will also include charges for any costs already incurred or that will be incurred due to the cancellation.
11-20 business days from class start date
Rescheduling Policy
A fee will be charged equal to 15% of tuition paid. Fee is per seat for classes held at Yaskawa Academy and per class for On-Site. The rescheduling of On-Site classes will also include charges for any costs already incurred or that will be incurred due to the rescheduling.
Cancellation Policy
A $750 fee will be charged per seat for classes held at Yaskawa Academy and per class for On-Site. The cancellation of On-Site classes will also include charges for any costs already incurred or that will be incurred due to the cancellation.
10 or fewer business days from class start date
Rescheduling Policy
A fee will be charged equal to 25% of tuition paid. Fee is per seat for classes held at Yaskawa Academy and per class for On-Site. The rescheduling of On-Site classes will also include charges for any costs already incurred or that will be incurred due to the rescheduling.
Cancellation Policy
Full tuition paid will be forfeited. This fee also includes “no-shows.” The cancellation of On-Site classes will also include other charges for any costs already incurred or that will be incurred due to the cancellation.
