Motoman GP200R industrial robot

The versatile, high-performance GP200R robot for heavy-payload machine or press tending applications offers exceptionally fast axis speeds and acceleration capabilities to reduce cycle time and increase production output. The shelf-mounted design provides flexibility for custom layouts, and it makes the robot capable of loading and unloading parts, eliminating inconsistencies of a manual process for applications such as turning, milling and grinding. It is also ideal for “jigless” applications where robot positions part for processing by other robots or two robots handle a single part. The GP200R offers a large work envelope and high moment of inertia rates to accommodate a wide range of parts, and a streamlined upper arm features a slim wrist profile, allowing easier reach into confined spaces.
